id=\"contractText\" readonly>\n======= ENGLISH VERSION ========\n\nAccording to this contract, both parties are committed and obligated to comply with all the terms and provisions of this agreement.\n\n**A) Subject of the Contract:**\n\n**A.1)** Providing consultation and all related services concerning obtaining admission from universities for which the First Party holds official representation\n(Obtaining admission at the Bachelor's or Master's degree level).\n\n**A.2)** Providing consulting services for the preparation of documents such as a Resume (CV), Motivation Letter, and Reference Letter\n(if requested by the university from the applicant).\n\n\n**B) Contract Fee:**\n\nThe total amount of this contract is two thousand five hundred euros (\u20ac2,500), which the Second Party to the contract (Employer \/ Applicant) is obligated to pay in two installments.\n\n\n**C) Terms and Method of Payment:**\n\n**C.1)** The Second Party to the contract undertakes to pay the amount of one thousand five hundred euros (\u20ac1,500) to the First Party at the commencement of work or no later than 48 hours after signing this contract.\n\n**C.2)** The Second Party is obligated and committed to paying the remaining amount of one thousand euros (\u20ac1,000) to the First Party two weeks after signing this contract.\n\n\n**D) Other Terms of the Contract:**\n\n**D.1)** The Second Party to the contract is required to prepare all documents required and requested by the university for admission to the Bachelor's or Master's degree programs and submit them to the First Party.\nThe required documents include, but are not limited to, the following:\n\n* Resume (CV)\n* Motivation Letter and Reference Letter (if requested by the university)\n* Affidavit and declaration of place of residence\n* Medical health certificate\n* Original and translated high school transcripts\n* Original and translated high school diploma certificate\n* Original and translated Bachelor's degree certificate and transcripts\n* Copy of passport\n* Original and translated national identification card\n* Original and translated birth certificate, along with explanations if applicable\n* Any other documents requested by the university from the applicant that are not mentioned in this contract\n\n**Note 1:** All documents of the Second Party (Applicant) must be translated into English and the official language of the destination country. For university enrollment purposes, the original translated documents must be submitted to the university upon arrival in the destination country.\nAdditionally, all applicant documents must be approved and legalized by the embassy of the destination country in the country where the applicant has applied for a visa.\n\n**D.2)** In the event that the Second Party fails to fulfill its obligations, the First Party shall be entitled to terminate the contract. In such a case, no amounts paid shall be refunded to the Second Party.\n\n**D.3)** All costs, including but not limited to:\n\n* Purchase of travel insurance\n* Purchase of airline tickets\n* Accommodation costs in the destination country, hotel reservation fees, or student dormitory expenses\n* Deposit of funds into the account of the destination country's embassy\n* Translation of all documents required by the university\n* Recognition or equivalency of educational qualifications\n* Translation of all documents required by the destination country's embassy\n\nshall be the sole responsibility of the Second Party to the contract (Applicant).\n\n**Note 2:** In the event that the embassy of the destination country rejects the student's study visa application, the university shall refund the paid tuition fee to the applicant, and the amount shall be returned to the applicant's account.\n\n**D.4)** The sole authority responsible for deciding on and issuing study visas is the embassy of the destination country. If the student's study visa application is rejected by the embassy, the First Party shall bear no responsibility for such rejection, and no fees shall be refunded.\n\n**D.5)** In the event that the First Party fails to secure admission for the Second Party from any university, and it is determined that such failure is due to the fault, negligence, or omission of the Second Party (for any reason whatsoever), the service fee in the amount of \u20ac2,500 (two thousand five hundred euros) shall be non-refundable.\nHowever, if it is determined that the failure to obtain admission is due to the
